Everybody likes the Oscar awards because  we can see  our favorite actors altogether, the new trends on fashion and many other things, however, after this 14th annual award from the Hollywood Film Festival, we can consider it as a pre-Oscar awards, which is going to be held in Hollywood from October 20 to 25, the festival is run by Starz.

The most expected auditions for the fourth installment of this saga, starts after the successful premiere of Eclipse, which has beaten the previous twilight movie in audience and money collection. Now for the upcoming movie, we have the casting that will take place in Los Angeles, by June 24th.

As it was rumored, the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn will be split in two films, following the same pattern that the Harry Potter  and the Deathly Hallows film is doing. This way it will draw more audience and possibly increase the revenue of both films with just one budget because the movie is filmed once for both parts.

The release dates have been given and for Breaking Dawn I, it’s expected to be premiered in the big screen by November 18, 2011, then the next year, by summer of 2012 the second part is going to be released. It’s interesting to notice that Breaking Dawn II will be filmed in 3D, however it’s to be known if the first part will use the same format. Director Bill Condon will have to use a couple of filming methods between the Avatar technique or the post production technique which applies 3d effects.

The film of this twilight saga movie will start in November 2010, it’s said the it will take place in Louisiana State, the reason behind this choice is that this state is offering a tax credit up to 30% which represents a reduction in the expenses that both films will have, however, don’t think for a minute that the budget will be reduced, because it’s going to be greater than previous, though, this is also due because both parts are going to be filmed at the same time.

Back the audition’s information for Breaking Dawn and the Twilight franchise, we have the following roles to be casted:

Renesmee Cullen; which is the daughter of Bella and Edward, she is a vampire-human hybrid

Nahuel , is also a Vampire/Human, he comes from Chile in South America and lives with his biological aunt, he’s known to have 150 years old.

Jason  Jenks/Scott is a middle age man which is in his fifties, who works as a lawyer and purveyor of illegal documents

Jacob’s werewolves pack which is formed by Leah and Seth Clearwater, Sam Uley, Quil Ateara, Embry Call, Jared, Paul , Collin and Brady, plus another six.

The Denali Coven which is a vampire coven formed by five vampire girls called, Kate, Garrett, Carmen, Tanya and Eleazar. The Denalis are probably the only vampire-vegetarians in the world, along with Cullen Family.

The Amazon Coven which is formed by Zafrian, Kachiri and Senna, they’re not vegetarian and only feed from human blood.

Other major roles will be cast, but they are to be determined.

It’s also important to know that extras will be hired near the shooting of the film, so all Louisiana folks be alert to be part of one of the most acclaimed novel adaptation.

The greatest battle between the most powerful alien races is going to start again. There was a lot of debate of when this film would be released and if Michael Bay was in need of recharging batteries for doing another Big robots’ movie, even there was a note from him saying that the film would be scheduled by july 4th 2012, however release date set by Paramount has been officially confirmed by the same Director, and it’s going to be July 1st, 2011, so it’s one year than expected.

Great news is that they are requiring some extras, the most required one is for tomorrow and the casting call is  in Milwaukee , so I’ll provide you with the requirements that the director needs:

Following the popular franchise of X – Men, Fox and Marvel Studios have teamed up again to bring up a new story to the big screen. This film is placed in the timeline before all the X-Men films,  that means that this is a young  generation. All the events that will develop are going to be based loosely on comics, however the main characters will be the center of the story.

Professor X and Magneto at this time are very close friends, after the X-Men Auditions for the lead Role for Charles Xavier’s character,James McAvoy will be the actor to perform this characterization, he has been nominated as the best actor  for the Golden Globe Awards in 2008, so he’s going to portray the life of Charles Xavier before gathering his students to form the X-Men, we also are going to see the relationship with Erik Lensherr as  Magneto.

The production will be in charge of Lauren Shuler Donner, which her studios has previously produced Constatine,  16 blocks and the whole X-men franchise,  the co-production of this film will be in charge of Brian Singer, who has participated in X-Men and Superman Returns.

As the calendar goes to 2011, a couple of movies are coming and everything is prepared to 2012, I’m not talking about the Mayan Prophecies, but the Marvel’s one. And this is because we’re going to see Captain America’s first avenger movie which after so many years we hope that this film will fill the shoes that the 90s movie left.

The negotiations started in 1997, but it took the bold move that Marvel did some years ago to start promoting their heroes as franchise, everything has been orchestrated like a Beethoven’s  symphony and I think the rewards are coming with every blockbuster hit that marvel is producing.

Now, with the help of Disney as the new owner of marvel we will see a great expansion of these franchises in audience terms , it’s left to see if the transition from comics to a movie is well executed by the director, Joe Johnston.

Talking about the casting that has been selecting until now, we are glad to see that actor Stanley Tucci will be playing the role of Dr. Abraham Erskine. This was said by an official announcement at marvel and is accompanying Chris Evans as Captain America. We also have Hugo Weaving to play Red Skull.

Disney Marvel Thor Auditions

Everyone knows about the last acquisition of Disney, the beloved Marvel, there was a lot of polemic about this issue in its time. However, now the things look brighter with the upcoming movie “Thor”, the mighty Asgardian God will definitely blind us with the lightning that his powerful hammer produces.

And  by now the sequence keeps going and heat is being felt by the zealots of Marvel, everyone would dream about taking part of this movie as an actor, an actress or heck even as a cleaning guy, this film has been waited for so much time that deserves the best breed of main characters and also great secondary roles, everyone have been seen this new concepts about the Thor sutis and it looks splendid.

I think everyone is pretty much set on the main characters’ casting , we know that the film is going to be shoot at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios, and then it will be moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico to .

There will be an open casting call for Extras in New Mexico so if you happen to live near and you are over 18, give it a shot.

You have an artist inside yourself,whether it can manifest as a singer when you take a nice bath and listen a great song or you can just be in front of your mirror and dance yourself and become the best dancer at home. Well, we didn’t know until 2004 that all these people that like to do that for themselves were willing to show it to the world, and it started in UK, X Factor has been running for 6 seasons and the 7th is about to premiere.
All over the world, millions of people including me sit on their couch and watch one of the best shows. We’ve seen in USA a couple of similar shows, and we’ve been captivated by them, however the level of reality shown in X Factor is superb, directed by Simon Cowell which is according to the Hollywood Reporter the No1 in their Top 50 Most Powerful Person in Reality TV, it’s been a great TV Show, auditions for X Factor 2010 are now closed in UK and most of us that are far away from London, will watch on TV or at least we will see an adapted version done in some countries were the same style has been taken and implemented, like Spain, Colombia , etc.

However, this massive success that this show has had in the past years is going to be brought to USA through FOX, the launch date is set to 2011, and it definitely will build a great franchise here. According to Syco Television that have offices in London and Los Angeles, they are in charge of producing this TV show together with FremantleMedia North America. Well as many people have suggested be prepare for some shows at Fox be displaced by this TV Success.

So Ladies and gentlemen I strongly recommend you to start tuning ,besides acting , your dancing and singing skills. The X Factor US Auditions for 2011 will take place after the 7th season ends this year, and this is probably because the same successful executive producer and judge on UK will perform on the US version, that means that we’re not getting an adapted version , but the original reality TV show with the same quality, so be sure to mark your calendar and wait for the next casting call for X Factor. I don’t doubt that great actors will be discovered here and start their road uphill to fame.

It’s probable that the same process for auditioning is going to be applied which is visiting the  X Factor official website and fill an application form , then read the eligibility information . fill more application details and finally if you want to, you can upload a video. Then you will be landing on a confirmation page. Then from that moment you just need to wait for the reviewing process which take some time and finally after thousands of applications, you could get an appointment to do your audition live, I’ve seen some of those auditions for X Factor and the judge is pretty tough, but if you can endure and show off your best skills, you’re likely to be chosen. Well good luck to everybody thinking in applying to this great show .

From the same directors of Gossip Girls , we have this upcoming movie that is about a girl being in the wrong side of the school, she is dealing with a hearbreak, having bad friends and failing exams, while her mom is living a single life after her divorce.

It’s important to notice that this is a remake from a French comedy back in 2008, and it looks promising, why? Well besides , having Miley Cyrus as the main character of the movie, we also have the beautiful Demi Moore playing as the mom. We know that great movies take time to be filmed, also they take an important amount of time to cast the right people, and that’s why great movies make a lot of money. I think everybody had the same feeling when we were sat down in the movie theater reading the credits at the end of  the   Dark Knight’s film.

Everybody knew that this was a great moment to be, it was the last great performance of Heath Ledger, an actor so brilliant that any of us that have auditioned before would take him as an inspiration, he was so deeply involved in the Joker’s character that you could buy that he was the Joker from the comics, it was a superlative performance and now he’s gone to a better place. Yeah I think it also was a sad moment when we knew that we wouldn’t be able to see him acting in another movie in full.

After the last film project from Miley cyrus, it looks like the next big hit for my Miley   is called Wings from Walt Disney Pictures. The media has reported that Walt Disney has acquired the screen right from the novel called with the same title that was written by Aprilynne Pike and became a bestseller.  Our sources indicates that executives at Walt Disney will use this great novel to boost Miley cyrus career as a serious young actress.

It’s good to see that Miley is getting more mature and adding more work on her resume, even in this movie where the plot is about a 15 years old girl  that comes from a small town and has to adapt to a big high school, but soon enough she will feel that she doesn’t fit in the school, finally, after that she will  sprout  a pair of wings and will realize that she’s a fairy  . It’s been known that  there are plans for this novel to become a franchise, because it’s expected to be 4 novels in the next years to come. Her mother, Tish will also work as the executive producer.

Obviously the main role will be Laurel played by Myley Cyrus, however there are open roles for auditions for everyone that is interested. Remember that Last Song is now a project in the past.

The main actor role is not known yet, and also extras will be available. Walt Disney is investing a lot  in this partnership that has with Miley Cyrus, because now we see that the plans where she is involved are beyond than hanna montana show that has one season left. I think this is a way to prepare her favorite  young star to serious projects ahead, good luck Miley and to you folks good luck in filling one spot on Wings Auditions. Remember to prepare your photo and resume, keep an updated photo of yourself, and build your resume based on your skills, your experience, even for beginners you can ask for a professional agent or follow simple guidelines that are posted on the same Disney website in the audition section.

The primary  film location is going to be in Los Angeles, California, still we don’t if there are other locations where the movie is going to be filmed too. What we know is that the advertise activity has started to let young actors know about this project.

The only thing I suggest, is that now that Disney has teamed up with Temple Hill Entertainment, don’t send your resume to these two companies because that’s why they hire other casting directors which are the ones that will go through the resumes you send and select the ones they like it.
