Disney Marvel Thor Auditions
Everyone knows about the last acquisition of Disney, the beloved Marvel, there was a lot of polemic about this issue in its time. However, now the things look brighter with the upcoming movie “Thor”, the mighty Asgardian God will definitely blind us with the lightning that his powerful hammer produces.
And by now the sequence keeps going and heat is being felt by the zealots of Marvel, everyone would dream about taking part of this movie as an actor, an actress or heck even as a cleaning guy, this film has been waited for so much time that deserves the best breed of main characters and also great secondary roles, everyone have been seen this new concepts about the Thor sutis and it looks splendid.
I think everyone is pretty much set on the main characters’ casting , we know that the film is going to be shoot at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios, and then it will be moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico to .
There will be an open casting call for Extras in New Mexico so if you happen to live near and you are over 18, give it a shot.
On the other hand, this is not the only audition for our marvelian fans and actors, yes, there is another film under its way in order to complete the single movies of each Marvel Hero, we’re talking about Disney’s Marvel Studio Captain America : The first Avenger. This movie promises also a homage well deserved to the first and unique american hero in the history of comics. And everything is getting ready to the final mind-blowing film which will be Avengers , we don’t know yet the full name of the movie, but it will have so many lead roles that we still don’t know how they’re going to manage so many stars in one solar system. This is a unique challenge that directors will have to go through, and probably the people that takes a role as an extra or secondary character would be able to experience.
Finally, Thor is debuting in May 2011, so put it in your calendar, because Thor is alive and is coming to America. The auditions have been done through February 2010, and everything has been very secretive, however we managed to get some bits of information, like this custom that captain america is probably going to wear.
We believe the plot will be based around the life that Thor live the in the realms of Asgard and then the fall to Earth by Odin interpreted by Anthony Hopkins, which bans his son, after finding him not fit to rule his kingdo.The story has been said to keep the original line of Thor Comic’s books which we don’t doubt it will be another blockbuster.
And with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, we think the director has made the right decision. We have a pretty great actors and actress in stage that definitely will make this movie of great quality, like Rene Russo and Natalie Portman as Thor’s adoptive mother and a co-worker of Thor’s human identity, and possible interested love one on earth.
