1. Go to mysticartpictures dot com, click over login and fillout the profile for Wipeout Season 5 application, you also have to upload your picture, after the review process if you’re chosen, the staff from Wipeout will contact you and make an appointment in their Burbank offices.
2. This option involves filling the same profile that we mentioned above, but in this case you will go to the open casting calls that will take place in the following places, just make sure to bring your credentials which include driver license and health insurance card.

The open casting event will be placed on Saturday January 21st, 2012. from 11pm to 3pm, at MysticArt Pictures,                 1918 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91506.
